A unique community nestled at the base of the majestic Sneffels Range in Southwestern Colorado

Elevation: 8,900 feet

Elk Meadows Estates is an incorporated subdivision six miles south of — and nearly 2,000 feet higher than — Ridgway, in the San Juan Mountains of southwest Colorado. Situated on Miller Mesa at an elevation of 8,700 to 8,900 feet, Elk Meadows contains about 127 residential lots that average about an acre in size. To date, about 99 homes have been built in the 50 years
of the subdivision's existence. The Homeowners Association provides water and sewage services for lots within Elk Meadows. Our water is from the Beaver Creek drainage and we're first in line for this Rocky Mountain spring water.

Our website provides general information about the community for current and prospective Elk Meadows residents and is an archive for our subdivision's governing documents.
