USDA Loan Paydown progress: 

In order to reduce the remaining years on our USDA loan by 10 years, the membership voted to pay an extra $10/month/lot starting January 2019. This would amount to an additional annual payment to USDA of $15,240.  Paydown to date as of the 2021 Annual meeting (July 2021) has been $36,242.
