USDA Loan Paydown progress: 

In order to reduce the remaining years on our USDA loan by 10 years, the membership voted to pay an extra $10/month/lot starting January 2019. This would amount to an additional annual payment to USDA of $15,240.  Paydown to date as of the 2026 Annual Meeting (July 2026)
has been $119,213
