2021 Annual meeting minutes (draft) are attached here.

 

1.  A quorum was reached with 42 members in attendance either via Zoom, by phone, or by proxy.

2.  Candidates Tammy Farmin (lot 421) and Andrew Temple (lot 23) were approved, to be contacted by the Board re. roles. The 2021-2022 Board is:

                                Edward Kemper (lot 406)

                                Kim Stagg (lot 304)

                                Maggie Guscott (lot 305), transitioning out

                                Stephanie Kissner (lot 428)

                                Tammy Farmin (lot 421)

                                Andrew Temple (lot 23) transitioning in.

 

1. 2022 Budget was approved.
