2018 Annual Meeting

The legal determination from our attorneys is that no quorum was achieved at the annual meeting. Our Articles trump our Bylaws. The Articles state that for quorum we need votes from 60% of 127 lots, which equals 76. We had 73 votes. For more information, refer to the minutes (link below), which show the Article 6 wording that determined this decision.
